  • We are seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our team.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your primary responsibility will be to greet members and guests warmly, manage seating arrangements, and ensure a smooth flow of service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality.
  • Responsibilities
  • Greet members and guests promptly and with a warm smile as they arrive at the club.
  • Manage the seating chart to optimize table turnover while ensuring member comfort.
  • Communicate wait times effectively to guests and provide updates as needed.
  • Assist in training new staff on guest service protocols and restaurant procedures.
  • Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about menu offerings and reservations.
  • Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and member satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area.
  • Utilize POS system for managing reservations and member information.
  • Requirements
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong phone etiquette skills to handle inquiries professionally.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with members and team members.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with fine dining service operations is a plus.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others enhance their dining experience.
