Hostess:
Must be available Days Mon-Sat.. Experienced Host/Hostess Excellant Customer Service and Phone skills Must be able to multi task Outgoing and eager to help customers. Follow directions and follow through assigned tasks Work well under pressure and be a team player
MUST BE DEPENDBLE AND RESPONSIBLE
Available to work during the Week and weekends Friday/Saturday Nights (Closed Sundays).
TIPPED POSITION
Summary As an Experienced Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your core skills in host/hostess experience and communication will be essential in managing reservations and greeting guests with warmth. Proficiency in phone etiquette and familiarity with POS systems will enhance guest interactions and streamline operations. By leveraging your restaurant experience and guest relations expertise, you will contribute significantly to our team's success in delivering an outstanding dining experience. Join us in making every guest feel valued and appreciated. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns. Utilize phone etiquette to handle incoming calls and take reservations. Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
