Duties:

• Greeting and welcoming guests as they arrive at the restaurant
• Escorting guests to their tables and providing them with menus
• Assisting guests with any special requests or accommodations
• Taking reservations and managing the waitlist
• Answering phone calls and providing information to callers
• Operating the POS system, specifically Aloha POS, to input orders and process payments
• Ensuring a clean and organized host/host station

Skills:

• Excellent guest relations skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
• Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards
• Willingness to help and assist guests with their needs
