Host/Hostess Duties:

• Provide exceptional guest services by greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Utilize the Toast POS system to manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments.
• Answer phone calls with proper phone etiquette, assist with inquiries, and take reservations.
• Assist with guest relations by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
• Familiarity with the Toast POS system is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Strong organizational skills to manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
