Requirements Bilingual Preffered:

Korean and English Prior experience as a host/hostess or in food service is highly preferred Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities Knowledge of restaurant reservation management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Demonstrated organizational skills to manage reservations, waitlists, and seating efficiently Basic math skills for handling guest counts, wait times, and table management calculations Familiarity with restaurant safety standards and food safety practices Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, hospitality mindset, and ability to build guest rapport Join us in creating exceptional dining experiences by providing outstanding guest services!
