Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and attentive service to set a positive tone for their visit Manage guest seating by efficiently coordinating reservations and walk-in arrivals using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Handle cashier responsibilities accurately, processing orders and payments swiftly while maintaining attention to detail Assist with guest inquiries via phone or in person, demonstrating professional phone etiquette and clear communication skills Support restaurant operations by maintaining cleanliness at the host stand and ensuring smooth flow of guest seating and departures Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of guest relations, hospitality, and service excellence Address guest concerns promptly and courteously, striving to resolve issues and enhance overall satisfaction Experience Prior experience as a host or hostess in a food service or restaurant setting is preferred Strong background in customer service, with excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Experience in hotel or guest services can be an added advantage Knowledge of restaurant operations, serving procedures, and hospitality standards is beneficial Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Previous experience with phone etiquette and guest relations will help ensure exceptional service delivery Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences through exceptional hospitality!
