Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. This role requires a passion for customer service and the ability to manage reservations and seating efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties Greet guests warmly as they arrive and guide them to their tables. Manage reservations and waitlists, ensuring smooth seating flow. Provide menus and inform guests of specials or promotions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism. Assist with phone etiquette by taking reservations or answering questions about the menu or restaurant services. Support servers during peak hours by assisting with guest needs as required. Qualifications Some Knowledge in Mediterranean/Middle Eastern Cuisine. Not Necessary willing to train Previous Hostess/Host experience preferred, with a background in food service or hospitality. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with POS systems Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and a passion for serving others are essential for success in this role.
