Overview We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Host/Host to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include managing reservations, greeting guests, and coordinating seating arrangements. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Duties Greet guests warmly as they arrive and provide them with menus. Manage the reservation system and ensure efficient seating arrangements. Communicate effectively with the kitchen and wait staff to coordinate guest needs. Assist guests with inquiries about the menu and restaurant services. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area. Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information about the restaurant and taking reservations as needed. Support the team during busy periods by helping with guest services as required. Skills Excellent phone etiquette to handle reservations and guest inquiries professionally. Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive dining experience for all guests. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both guests and team members. Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus. A genuine passion for hospitality and providing outstanding guest services.
