• Part-time, Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Host to be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and memorable experience from the moment they arrive.

As a Host, you will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth seating arrangements. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will set the tone for exceptional guest relations and hospitality. Duties Warmly greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction Answer guest inquiries via phone and in person with clear, courteous communication Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area Assist with guest services, including providing menus, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating special requests Support the team by communicating effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service flow Experience Previous experience as a Host or Hostess in a food service or restaurant setting is preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience in hotel or guest services roles is a plus Knowledge of food service operations and restaurant procedures enhances success in this role
