HOURS OF OPERATION
7AM-3pmSATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS ARE REQUIRED DAYS, YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE BOTH DAYS
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Duties- Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave
- Manage seating arrangements
- Provide guests with menus and inform them of our on site
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Answer phones and take to-go orders with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly Experience
- Previous experience in guest relations or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Knowledge of phone etiquette
