Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Foster an environment that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere Enthusiastically promote & maintain Bally's customer-centric culture of offering superior internal/external guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations Adhere to policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program Understanding of overall departmental/company procedures, promotions, programs, strategies, and any other relevant information pertaining to the casino operation. Attract, develop, and retain player patronage through personalized service Assist in the development of programs to increase player worth while staying within established comping guidelines Greet and host customers, maintaining a high standard of courtesy, friendliness, and hospitable attitude Arrange special events for quality customers, including, but not limited to, air and ground transportation, accommodation, and tickets to sporting events. Maintain ongoing professional contact with established casino patrons which includes phone solicitation, emails, letters, text messages, in person encounters. Build working relationships with high end players to establish property loyalty. Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures. Helps supervise, train and coach Casino Hosts and VIP Representatives. Assists in tracking and ensuring goals are met for the department. Communicate guest concerns, complaints and requests to the necessary department or supervisor. Assists with VIP lounge activities

Target Salary:

Experience Preferred Occasionally lift and or move up to 30 pounds Occasionally required to sit or stoop Frequently required to use hands to handle, feel, and reach Regularly required to see, talk, hear, walk, and stand Must be able to work weekends, weeknights, and holidays Must have a working knowledge of table games and slot machines Demonstrate leadership ability with the ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner and appearance. Ability to work effectively and make independent decisions with minimal supervision. Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required High-level public relations and customer service skills are required Must be proficient in the entire Microsoft Suite and must be knowledgeable with casino computer systems Must know and comply with requirements of Title 31 Bank Secrecy Act as pertains to Credit/Player Services transactions as well as all Illinois Gaming Board regulations Must have a high school diploma or equivalent Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board Minimum 3 years gaming experience in Player Development or related field/experience with 1+ years of management experience.
