A Host or Hostess greets customers when they arrive at a restaurant. Manages reservations, seats customers, and helps wait staff as needed with attending to customer requests and service.

Attract, develop, and retain player patronage through personalized service Assist in the development of programs to increase player worth while staying within established comping guidelines Greet and host customers, maintaining a high standard of courtesy, friendliness, and hospitable attitude Arrange special events for quality customers, including, but not limited to, air and ground transportation, accommodation, and tickets to sporting events. Maintain ongoing professional contact with established casino patrons which includes phone solicitation, emails, letters, text messages, in person encounters. Build working relationships with high end players to establish property loyalty. Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures. Helps supervise, train and coach Casino Hosts and VIP Representatives. Assists in tracking and ensuring goals are met for the department. Communicate guest concerns, complaints and requests to the necessary department or supervisor. Assists with VIP lounge activities

Target Salary:
