Job Summary
Ready for your next adventure? This exciting role as a Childcare and Activities Host is based at one of our Holiday Villages.
This opportunity is open to individuals who hold a childcare qualification, have an EU passport, and are available to start within the next few weeks.

ABOUT THE JOB
Deliver fun, high-energy activities on land and in the water, including archery, inflatables, water zorbing, and the Aerial Adventure course.
Lead engaging kids' club sessions for ages 3-17, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
Instruct the Aerial Adventure course, working confidently at height.
Host daytime activities for guests of all ages and support entertainment programmes, including pool parties and shows.
Take full responsibility for children in your care, following health & safety, safeguarding, and sign-in/out procedures.
Work collaboratively with your team to deliver a varied and memorable activity programme.
Build positive relationships with guests, parents, and colleagues, providing excellent customer service.
Set up and pack down activities to a high standard, supporting resort operations at the start and end of the season.
ABOUT YOU
For this position, a recognised childcare qualification/education is mandatory. Experience working with children, leading activities, and a good understanding of safeguarding are also essential.
Confident, outgoing, and able to engage children of all ages through fun, active interaction.
Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends, with a willingness to support evening entertainment.
Fully conversational in English, with the ability to work effectively as part of an international team within a UK-based concept. From a workplace to a place to belong.
