Sunday-Thursday:

4:00 PM-1:00

AM Friday & Saturday:

4:00 PM-3:00 AM Duties Prepare and serve high-quality hookahs with precision, artistry, and attention to detail, ensuring each guest's preferences are met. Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of all hookah equipment and lounge areas in accordance with health standards. Manage guest interactions professionally using excellent communication skills and phone etiquette to handle inquiries and reservations smoothly. Collaborate with team members to uphold the lounge's standards of hospitality, guest relations, and overall ambiance. Qualifications Previous experience as a host/hostess or in food service environments is highly desirable. Strong background in customer service within restaurant or hospitality settings, demonstrating excellent communication skills. Exceptional guest relations skills coupled with professional phone etiquette to ensure positive interactions. A passion for cultural authenticity and creating memorable experiences through the art of hookah preparation.
