Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional customer service. Check ID's to insure guests are 21 years of age Answer phone inquiries with clear communication, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and professionalism. Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously. Assist in maintaining safety standards and cleanliness in the host/hostess area to ensure a safe environment for all staff and guests. Qualifications Previous experience as a host/hostess is highly preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to handle phone calls confidently and professionally. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods. Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude that enhances guest experiences.
