Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our restaurant team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere at our restaurant. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and check them in using Foodtec POS
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure a smooth and efficient service
Skills:
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills
- Ability to help others and provide support when needed
- Strong food service skills and knowledge of food safety practices
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests
Pay:
$12.50- $13.
