Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional service to set a positive tone for their visit Manage reservation bookings and waitlists using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to optimize seating flow Escort guests to their tables, ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout their dining experience Handle cashier duties accurately, processing payments swiftly and efficiently while maintaining proper cash handling procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand, dining area, and waiting zones to uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers regarding guest needs, special requests, or seating arrangements Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when taking reservations or answering guest inquiries via phone or online platforms Experience Prior host/hostess experience in a food service or restaurant setting preferred Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills Experience with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Knowledge of hotel or guest services operations is a plus Previous experience in hospitality roles involving serving, guest relations, or hotel front desk duties is advantageous Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Familiarity with phone etiquette and guest interaction best practices Join us and become part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences!
