Crossroads Grill & Lounge is looking for a friendly and organized Host / Hostess to join our restaurant team in Indianapolis. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming first impression for guests and help ensure smooth front-of-house operations.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and manage seating arrangements Handle reservations and waitlists efficiently Escort guests to tables and provide menus Answer customer calls and assist with inquiries Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff for smooth service Maintain cleanliness of the entrance and waiting area

Requirements:

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and professional appearance Ability to multitask in a busy restaurant environment Flexible availability including weekends and holidays Must be able to work on-site in
