The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, dependable, and thrives under pressure while providing exceptional guest service.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression Manage wait lists and seating arrangements efficiently Answer phones and assist with reservations Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth guest flow Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area Assist guests with questions and provide excellent customer service Help clean tables and carry bus tubs to kitchen as needed
Requirements:
Previous restaurant host/hostess experience preferred Must be reliable, punctual, and professional Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a busy environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Must be available to work weekends, including evenings

Job Type:
