This position is responsible for maintaining the dining area, providing genuine hospitality, assisting guests with their needs, and supporting the overall restaurant operation to ensure an exceptional experience. Key Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the dining room, restrooms, and other guest-facing areas. Provide warm, genuine hospitality by engaging with guests and ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Anticipate and respond to guest needs in a friendly, timely, and professional manner. Support team members in delivering an exceptional dining experience. Restock supplies and maintain an inviting environment for guests. Follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards. Communicate guest feedback or operational concerns to leadership. Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support restaurant operations.
