Job Overview:

You'll be the face of our boutique, helping guests find their perfect look, and also the warm, welcoming host who sets the tone for our speakeasy experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet Customers with a warm, genuine welcome. Assist guests with boutique merchandise and styling advice. Manage boutique floor presentation and inventory support. Serve as host for the speakeasy: greeting, seating, and managing reservations. Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive vibe for all guests.

You are:

Friendly, confident, and professional. Detail-oriented and love helping others look & feel their best. Comfortable multitasking between retail and hospitality roles. A team player who shares our core Boss Babe values. Previous retail or host experience a plus. POS experience with Shopify, preferred.
