The Salina Country Club is seeking a friendly and professional Hostess to be the welcoming face of our dining facilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our members and guests. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage reservations and seating efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Greet members and guests as they arrive Handle phone inquiries, take reservations, manage take-out orders Seat guests and introduce them to server

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Hostess in a high-end restaurant or club environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
