• Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and welcoming manner
• Manage reservations and walk-ins efficiently
• Provide exceptional guest services and respond promptly to guest inquiries
• Utilize Aloha POS to process orders and handle cash and credit transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Collaborate with servers and other team members to ensure seamless service
• Provide help to guests when needed
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to hospitality and customer satisfaction
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment

• Experience:

• Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent customer service and guest relations skills
• Knowledge of food service operations and procedures
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Skills:

• Experience in a restaurant or hotel environment
