We are professional, agile, professional and our goal is to Upscale Italian restaurant focusing on the cuisines of New Orleans, Sicily, and the Ligurian Coast, featuring a full pasta production station in the dining room, table side cooking, 2000 bottle wine room and an after hours lounge with a full craft cocktail program..

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
• Escort guests to their assigned tables or waiting areas
• Provide menus and assist with seating arrangements
• Answer phone calls and take reservations
• Manage the waitlist and notify guests when their table is ready
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
• Assist with any other tasks assigned by management

Skills:

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong guest relations skills to provide exceptional hospitality
• Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar restaurant point-of-sale systems
• Customer service experience in a hotel, restaurant, or similar setting
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
