Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, dependable Cashier/Host to join our team. This position is responsible for greeting guests, managing the wait list, answering phones, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service to ensure every guest has a great dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and seat them promptly. Manage the wait list and coordinate seating with servers. Answer phone calls and take to-go orders accurately. Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions. Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift. Assist guests with menu questions and restaurant information. Keep the host stand, lobby, and cashier area clean and organized. Restock menus, to-go supplies, and front-of-house items as needed. Work with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. Follow all restaurant policies and food safety standards.

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service and communication skills. Friendly, positive, and professional attitude. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic math and cash-handling skills. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Schedule:

Part-time or full-time positions available. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. If you enjoy working with people and providing outstanding customer service, we'd love to have you on our team!
