A rooftop cocktail bar with accordion-style windows, the space is open and lively. Led by Chef/Owner, Will Gilson, our team brings an award-winning mix of culinary and beverage acumen. We aim to share our excitement about our food and wine and we're eager to grow our team! The Opportunity We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, hard-workers to join our FOH team - hosts, servers, back servers and bartenders. Ideally, candidates will have at least 1 year of industry experience, but a willingness to learn is also a plus. Host - The first person to greet all guests, the host is a vital part of the team. Working with management to book tables efficiently and smart, while being the go-to with any questions, parking validations, or initial event inquiries.
