What You'll Do:

Create Amazing First Impressions Welcome guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently Escort guests to their tables and ensure a smooth seating experience Answer phones and assist guests with questions Keep Service Running Smoothly Coordinate seating with servers and managers Monitor dining room flow and table availability Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house team Help maintain a positive guest experience throughout service Be a Hospitality Ambassador Provide information about menu specials, events, and promotions Handle guest concerns professionally and positively Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming entrance area Help create an atmosphere where guests feel valued and appreciated What We're Looking For Positive attitude and friendly personality Strong communication and people skills Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Team player who enjoys helping others succeed Dependable, punctual, and professional Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is helpful but not required—we're happy to train the right person!
