@36samplesale_fashion | @36samplesale_home Job Description We are looking for dynamic and energetic Livestream Hosts to join our team and drive sales through engaging and interactive livestream sessions. The ideal candidate should be charismatic, quick-witted, and able to create a captivating shopping experience for our audience. We operate on a structured team schedule with livestream sessions running throughout the day — including afternoon, evening, and weekend time slots. While shifts are assigned on a rotating basis, candidates must be willing and available to take on evening and weekend sessions as part of the regular rotation. These are our highest-traffic windows and a core part of what we do. During peak shopping seasons — including Halloween, Thanksgiving, and the holiday period — the pace intensifies and the team operates at full capacity. Core Key Responsibilities 1. Livestream Hosting & Sales Execution- Confidently host livestream sessions across designated e-commerce platforms (e.g., Whatnot, TikTok Live), showcasing and promoting products in an enthusiastic, authentic, and persuasive manner.
- Understand and communicate product features, value propositions, and offers clearly to maximize customer conversion. 2. Punctuality & Schedule Adherence
- Arrive on time and prepared for all scheduled sessions. Maintain a strong sense of time management and strictly follow the assigned livestream schedule. 3. Audience Engagement & Conversion
- Utilize interactive hosting techniques (e.g., live chat, shout-outs, games) to engage viewers in real time and drive purchasing decisions.
- Adapt tone and approach to suit different audience types and product categories. 4. Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor audience engagement metrics and daily sales data to assess stream performance. Participate in team debriefs to review results and identify areas for improvement. 5. Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the content, product, and operations teams to align livestream strategy with current promotions, featured products, and inventory priorities.
- Provide feedback to teams regarding customer interest, popular items, and potential content ideas. 6. Product Knowledge & On-Camera Readiness
- Stay up to date on the product catalog, including new arrivals, pricing, sizing, and customer FAQs.
- Ensure professional on-camera appearance and maintain brand tone and visual standards throughout the stream. 7. Post-Stream Wrap-Up
- Assist in post-stream tasks, including confirming sold items, reviewing customer inquiries, and preparing for upcoming sessions. Additional Responsibilities (as needed) In addition to core livestream responsibilities, hosts may occasionally be asked to support other projects outside of livestream hours. These tasks will be assigned based on individual strengths and interests, and may include:
- Preparing social media content (e.g., script writing, video editing, company account management)
- Assisting with training material development for new hosts (e.g., livestream platform introduction, basic hosting tips)
- Participating in internal training or team development activities
Note:
The specific dimensions and responsibilities of this role may be adjusted in the future based on changes in actual work requirements and business needs. Work Schedule & Time Commitment- Livestream sessions are scheduled daily, and punctuality is critical. Hosts must ensure the show starts on time.
- Broadcast windows include morning, evening, and weekend time slots. Candidates must be open and available to work across these shifts as assigned on a rotating basis.
- Typical working hours fall within 9:00 AM
- 12:00 AM (maximum 8 working hours per day; multiple shifts available). Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous live streaming, hosting, or sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Comfortable on camera, with strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and engage with an online audience in real time.
- Strong sales acumen and the ability to convert audience engagement into purchases.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Must be punctual and reliable, with excellent time management skills.
- Must be open to working morning, evening, and/or weekend shifts as part of the regular livestream rotation.
