Whether it's by a warm friendly greeting at the host desk, assisting guests with reservations, or with a takeout order. You have the ability to make a lasting impression on everyone you meet. We're looking for team members with high energy, who thrive working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, exhibit strong communication skills, and have the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting & Seating:

Welcoming guests warmly and escorting them to tables.

Reservation Management:

Handling phone calls, booking reservations, and organizing the seating chart.

Waitlist Management:

Providing estimated wait times and managing the flow of guests during busy periods.

Table Turnover:

Coordinating with bussers and servers to know when tables become available.

Menu Maintenance:

Distributing menus and ensuring they are clean.

Guest Service:

Addressing customer queries and resolving complaints professionally Must be 18 or older for the position Summary As a Host at Sea Level, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience.
