Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage waitlists efficiently Escort guests to their tables and provide menus Coordinate with servers to ensure smooth table turnover Answer phone calls and handle reservations professionally Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and professional appearance Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Availability to work on TUESDAYS, WEDNESDAYS, weekends, and holidays Previous restaurant or customer service experience
