Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant
• Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus
• Take reservations and manage the waiting list
• Answer phone calls and provide information to callers in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist with seating arrangements to ensure efficient use of dining space
• Monitor dining areas for seating availability, cleanliness, and overall appearance
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards guests at all times

Experience:

• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and procedures is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using a Reservation system, such as OpenTable, is desirable.
• Strong guest relations skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Phone etiquette skills to handle incoming calls effectively As a Host/Host, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
