Overview Join our dynamic team as a Host/Bus, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for every guest. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the first interaction Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction Assist servers by clearing tables, resetting dining areas, and delivering prompt support during busy periods Maintain a clean and organized host station, ensuring all areas are inviting and well-stocked Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process reservations or takeout orders when necessary Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate seating and service flow seamlessly Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when handling reservations or guest inquiries over the phone Requirements Prior experience as a host/hostess or in food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Excellent communication skills to interact clearly with guests and team members Familiarity with restaurant operations, including POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS, is a plus Previous hotel or guest services experience is advantageous but not mandatory Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of hospitality standards, including phone etiquette and guest relations, to ensure exceptional service Embark on a rewarding journey where your hospitality talents shine!
