As a Host, you will be responsible for greeting guests with enthusiasm, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth seating arrangements. Duties Greet guests promptly with a friendly, energetic demeanor, making them feel valued and comfortable Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems such as Toast POS or Micros POS Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and answering initial questions about the menu or restaurant policies Maintain clear communication with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and service flow Handle guest inquiries over the phone with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand area Support guest relations by addressing concerns politely and escalating issues to management when necessary Requirements Previous experience as a Host or in a customer service role within food service or hospitality environments preferred Strong communication skills with an energetic, positive attitude Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Toast POS or Micros POS is advantageous Experience in food service, serving, or hotel guest services is a plus Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction Professional phone etiquette and clear verbal communication skills Prior experience working with POS systems and reservation management tools preferred Join our dynamic team where your enthusiasm fuels memorable guest experiences!
