Your responsibilities will include managing guest seating, processing transactions, and providing assistance to enhance the overall dining experience. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and assist them with seating arrangements. Manage the flow of guests in the restaurant, ensuring timely seating and minimizing wait times. Operate the Aloha POS system to process customer orders and payments accurately. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Communicate effectively with team members to enhance guest relations and overall service quality. Experience Previous experience in guest services or food service is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha, is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. A background in hospitality or restaurant settings is advantageous.
