Hostess Cashier

Duties Greet guests warmly as they arrive, providing exceptional guest service and assistance Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize flow and guest experience Operate Toast POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and courtesy Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hostess stand and cashier area Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously Support food service staff by coordinating seating and ensuring smooth table turnover Requirements Previous host/hostess experience or food service background preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Experience with restaurant POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Hospitality or hotel experience is a plus but not required Knowledge of guest services, serving, and hospitality standards is advantageous Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences!
