Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. We are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest service. As the face of our restaurant, our hosts are the first point of contact for our guests, they play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive dining experience. We are looking for candidates who have open availability Sunday-Saturday and are able to work holidays. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly as they arrive and guide them to their tables. Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart to optimize table turnover. Answer phone calls with professionalism, providing information about the restaurant, menu, and wait times. Assist guests with inquiries and special requests, ensuring their needs are met promptly. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Utilize HostMe system for managing guest check-ins and reservations efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area, lobby and bathrooms. Foster positive guest relations by addressing any concerns or feedback effectively. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective guest interactions. Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail. A genuine passion for hospitality and providing excellent guest services. Familiarity with a reservation system, is a plus but can be learned on the job.
