Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Host. The Host will be responsible for greeting guests, seating them at their tables, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all patrons.
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service Manage reservations and waitlists Answer phone calls and assist with customer inquiries
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
