In this new, 150 seat restaurant, we will need a host to be the forward facing first impression for our guests. Our slogan Maíz, Espíritu, Amor embodies what we hope to bring to the table. " Answer phones in a professional manner as a representative of our restaurant Seat guests and use our hosting program, Tock Assist in take out orders Be the first impression for our restaurant, looking clean, sharp and energetic Multi-tasking with multiple guests coming to dine Exceptional customer service Ensure a customer is receiving the correct order Double check the order before it goes to a customer Answer any questions from customers Bag takeout/delivery orders following defined procedures Run takeout/delivery orders to pick up area Attend all scheduled employee meetings and offer suggestions for improvement. Coordinate with and assist fellow employees to meet guests' needs and support the operation of the restaurant. Assist in cleaning, clearing tables to ensure prompt service Quick on your feet, moves fast with grace Does closing duties that include bathroom tidyness and a closing checklist designated to hosts
