Hostesses welcome our guests to our establishment with a smile, and set the tone for their dining experience. Must love people and being part of a team! Daily Duties Welcoming guests with a smile Managing reservations and seating flow Work with other front of house staff to coordinate top level service Opening and closing duties Side work including cleaning, stocking, folding silverware roll ups etc Requirements & Qualifications Team Player Friendly and service oriented attitude Presentable and professional Able to stand on feet for up to 8 hours Able to read and write English High School Degree Some weekend availability, when we are busiest, is generally required in the hospitality industry Lafayette Hotels is an affirmative action and equal opportunity employer.
