Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Host/Floor Supervisor to lead our front-of-house operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this pivotal role, you will manage reservations, coordinate seating arrangements, and oversee guest relations to create a welcoming and efficient environment. Your leadership will help maintain smooth service flow, uphold food safety standards, and foster a positive atmosphere for both guests and team members. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality expertise and organizational skills in a dynamic setting. Duties Manage restaurant reservation systems to optimize seating efficiency and reduce wait times Greet guests warmly, manage guest check-ins, and handle phone inquiries with professional etiquette Oversee the seating process, ensuring proper table management using restaurant table management systems Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction Monitor guest relations, address concerns promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience for all visitors Supervise front-of-house staff, providing guidance on customer service standards and operational procedures Maintain cleanliness, food safety protocols, and organization of the host stand area Requirements Proven experience as a host/hostess or in food service hospitality roles with strong customer service skills Familiarity with restaurant reservation management and table management systems Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tables, reservations, and guest requests efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards and hospitality best practices Weekends required We are a small family owned business, if you have the skills and would like to be a part of our team we would love to hear from you!
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
