Showtime Hospitality is looking for Lead Host candidates for multiple high-volume locations. We seek Lead Host candidates who are interested in a career in the restaurant industry with a company who supplies a supportive and nurturing environment where they can learn and grow. Starting pay commensurate with experience and includes tips! Lead Hosts support the management team by overseeing all aspects of the host stand, reservations system and coordination of guests during highest volume shifts. Evenings, weekends and holidays required. Call to confirm all reservations as they come in throughout the week. Move reservations in the system to optimize and increase reservations ahead of shifts Works with reservation system to move reservations and manage walk-ins to maximize sales Ensures excellent first and last impressions of all guests Maintains VIP/special requests list and works with MOD in communicating those notes to servers Follows guest requests as often as possible, alerting MOD when requests cannot be granted Ensures proper menu management and printing off menus Trains all hosts Oversees all function requests as the coordinator and guest contact once event is approved by General Manager Together, our Lead Host works as a team with management to ensure the best possible overall guest experience while keeping a highly professional, efficient, and motivated host staff.
