Busser/Hostess

Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and energetic Host/Busser to join our team in the vibrant food service environment. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed. Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently to optimize seating arrangements. Assist servers by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables for new guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including the kitchen and service stations. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery. Provide menu information and answer guest inquiries regarding food items and specials. Uphold food handling and safety standards in accordance with health regulations. Experience Previous experience in hospitality or the food industry is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with bussing techniques and food service operations is a plus. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Experience in a restaurant or hotel setting will be beneficial for success in this role.
