Job Description:

Host/Host Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
• Manage the reservation system using Toast POS
• Assist guests with any inquiries or requests they may have
• Maintain a clean and organized host/host station
• Answer phone calls and take reservations with proper phone etiquette
• Collaborate with the waitstaff to ensure smooth service flow
• Provide excellent hospitality and guest services throughout their dining experience

Experience:

• Previous experience as a host/host in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred
• Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Strong guest relations skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
