What this role really is You would be running the front of our salon right alongside me, the owner, as we guide through each day together. This is a hospitality and administrative role, and it is the backbone that keeps everything running smoothly. You are the first face our guests see, the person who keeps our team supported, and the one who holds the whole day together. To be clear, this is not a cafe lead role, and it is not a beauty service role or a path to becoming one. The drinks and recommendations are one piece of a bigger hospitality role centered on our salon, our team, and our clients. I am looking for someone who wants to own and grow in this role long term.

What you would do Your tasks would include: Welcoming and hosting our guests, and executing check-ins and check-outs so every visit feels smooth. Answering our phones and connecting warmly with clients. Booking and managing appointments in our salon software and running our daily schedule. Confirming and updating clients. Supporting our team throughout the day. Assisting with cleaning, stocking, and organizing the salon. Running occasional errands. And yes, we have a bar where we serve specialty cocktails and lattes, so making drinks is part of caring for our guests. Suggesting services, drinks, and retail for our guests to enjoy during their visit. We'll train you Prior experience with our booking software and beverage program is not required. We use Phorest for booking and will fully train you to ensure you're confident using the system. What matters most is the right attitude, a warm heart for people, and a willingness to learn and grow with us. Your set schedule (about 30 hours per week) Wednesday 9:50am to 7:30pm Thursday 3:00pm to 7:30pm Friday 9:50am to 7:30pm Saturday 9:50am to 4:30pm Requirements Must be 21 or older, as we serve alcoholic beverages. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as errands are sometimes needed.
