ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Assist servers with table clearing, cleaning, and setting Help maintain the bar's stock levels during service Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary Perform opening and closing duties, as needed. Completes side work to include polishing/rolling silverware, stocking condiments and glasses, sweeping and cleaning as directed by supervisor. Practices "clean as you go" method, and sanitation standards. Welcome guests and ascertain their dining needs. Seat guests and manage the seating chart. Receive incoming calls and provide information in a polite and professional manner. Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow. Ensure knowledge of menu and all food products. Follow proper cashiering functions by completing/closing guest checks and submitting information into POS system.OTHER DUTIES

Outstanding customer service skills and ability to attend to guests and associates in an attentive, friendly, and courteous manner. Must be able to speak, read, write and communicate in English to adequately perform the duties of the job. Outstanding organizational and time management skills. Must be energetic and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be detail-oriented and able to work both independently and with a team. Must be able to show initiative, including anticipating guest or operational needs. Must be able to work varying schedules that include evenings, weekends, holidays and extended hours as business dictates.REQUIRED/PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
