Known for its family-friendly atmosphere, authentic pasta recipes passed down through generations, and a lively environment with over 70 TVs, we're the go-to destination for sports fans and food lovers alike. Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Night Host to join our team! As a Night Host, you will be the welcoming face and key point of contact during evening hours, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences. Your role will involve managing guest relations, overseeing front desk activities, and maintaining safety protocols to create a vibrant yet secure environment for all patrons. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and hospitality-focused phone etiquette Manage reservations efficiently, utilizing hospitality reservation systems to confirm bookings and accommodate special requests Ensure adherence to hotel emergency procedures, including safety protocols and incident reporting during night hours Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly, solving problems effectively, and maintaining positive client communication Conduct night audit processes to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports for management Maintain a safe environment by monitoring the premises, conducting routine security checks, and responding swiftly to any emergencies or guest concerns Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with familiarity in property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or equivalent Strong customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve quickly and efficiently Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests effectively Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and night audit processes Excellent phone communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette Previous resort or hotel experience is preferred to ensure seamless guest interactions during overnight hours Ability to handle high-pressure situations with confidence while maintaining a friendly demeanor Join us as a Night Host and be part of creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring their safety and comfort during evening hours!
Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
