About Casa Pasha Casa Pasha is an upscale dining and cocktail destination where exceptional hospitality, elevated cuisine, and memorable experiences come together. We believe the guest experience begins the moment someone walks through our doors, and our hosts play one of the most important roles in setting the tone for the entire evening. We are seeking polished, personable, and hospitality-driven Hosts to join our opening team and become the first impression of Casa Pasha. Position Summary The Host is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming arrival experience for every guest. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to remain poised and professional in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate understands that hospitality starts at the door and that every interaction has the opportunity to create a lasting impression, while maintaining a smooth operating dining room setting. Responsibilities/Guest Experience Greet every guest with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism. Create a welcoming and memorable first impression. Manage reservations and walk-in guests with confidence and grace. Escort guests to their tables while providing information about the restaurant and menu. Recognize returning guests and VIPs whenever possible. Handle guest concerns and special requests professionally and efficiently. Provide a sincere and memorable farewell as guests depart. Reservation & Seating Management Manage reservations using the restaurant's reservation platform. Maintain accurate wait lists and communicate realistic wait times. Strategically manage table flow to maximize guest experience and restaurant efficiency. Coordinate closely with management, servers, and support staff regarding seating needs. Monitor dining room activity to ensure balanced service throughout the restaurant. Communication & Coordination Serve as the communication hub between guests, management, and service staff. Assist with answering phones and responding to guest inquiries. Communicate special occasions, VIP reservations, dietary restrictions, and guest preferences to the team. Support front-of-house operations as needed during busy service periods. Professional Standards Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor. Keep the host stand, entrance, and waiting areas clean and organized. Uphold Casa Pasha service standards and hospitality expectations. Demonstrate composure and professionalism during high-volume periods. Qualifications Previous host, hospitality, customer service, or restaurant experience preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and strong personal presentation. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
