Job Overview We are seeking a Host/Hostess to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment they arrive. Your enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and organizational abilities will ensure a seamless dining experience for all visitors. Responsibilities Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude, providing exceptional guest relations from arrival to departure Escort guests to their tables, ensuring smooth seating arrangements and timely service flow Maintain organized waitlists and monitor table availability to optimize seating efficiency Assist with guest inquiries regarding menu items, specials, and restaurant policies, ensuring accurate and helpful information Assist in keeping the cleanliness of the dining room.
