About SWAG Kids Gym & Entertainment SWAG Kids Gym & Entertainment is a family entertainment and event venue that specializes in children's birthday parties, special events, camps, classes, and family experiences. Our goal is to create fun, memorable experiences for children while providing outstanding hospitality for families and guests. Position Overview We're looking for a reliable, positive, and outgoing team member to join our event staff. As a Party Host & Event Assistant, you'll help create an amazing experience for children and families by assisting with parties, events, activities, and general facility operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible, part-time hours who enjoys working with kids and being part of a fun, energetic environment. Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and provide a great customer experience
  • Assist with party and event setup and cleanup
  • Lead games, activities, and entertainment for children ages 0-12
  • Interact with children and communicate with parents in a professional manner
  • Help keep events organized, safe, and running smoothly
  • Assist coaches and staff during classes, camps, and special events as needed
  • Operate simple event equipment such as TVs, music systems, lights, and photo booths
  • Help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facility Qualifications
  • Friendly, positive, and dependable
  • Comfortable interacting with children and families
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Willing to take initiative and stay engaged during events
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Weekend availability is required
  • Previous experience working with children, events, hospitality, customer service, or recreation is a plus, but not required Hours This is a flexible part-time position.
Hours vary based on parties, events, camps, and facility needs. Most shifts take place on evenings and weekends, with opportunities for additional hours throughout the year.
Pay:
$16.00 per hour
