Responsibilities:

Warmly and graciously welcome and greet guests upon arrival Escort guests to their tables and provide menus Monitor the dining area for cleanliness and organization Answer phone calls and take phone orders Inspect restrooms for cleanliness and clean as necessary Operate cash registers and POS (Point of Sale) system

Qualifications:

Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills Ability to provide exceptional customer service Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a similar role is a plus Above average customer service skills
